1. Examination Forms: Admission forms are available from Allied Bank Branches within Hazara Division at a cost of Rs.05/-. Admission forms completed in all respects along with original Bank deposit receipt of prescribed fee may be submitted in the Board Office within the prescribed dates or should be sent through registered post at least three days before last date fixed.

• Those Institution (s) / Candidate(s) who mail their Admission Forms & Fee to the Board must dispatch them at least three days before the last dates specified above to avoid payment of extra fee and rejection of Admission Form(s).
• Only those candidates are allowed to appear who are registered with the Board as Regular or Private Students.
• The students of other Board seeking admission in SSC must submit Original Migration Certificate of the concerned Board along with the Original School Leaving Certificate (countersigned by the EDO, E&SE of concerned District) with the admission form.
• Candidates who have appeared in SSC (Supplementary) Examination 2011 can submit their admission forms and Fee as per above schedule.
• Private candidate(s) who have never attended any Institution can also apply for the Admission to class 9th Examination with the condition of submitting attested copy of CNIC or Birth Certificate duly signed by Medical Superintendent within due date.
• Practical Fee@Rs.20/- (per practical) will also be deposited for PH,CH,BIO,HPE,Food & Nutrition,Electrical Wiring and Computer Science Subjects.
