Procedure & Instructions:

Rs.70/- will be charged as a duplicate DMC charges.
Fill the Duplicate DMC Form carefully. DMC will not be issued in case of any wrong information. Office will not be responsible in this case.
Online Duplicate DMC request will be posted on the given postal address within 15 days.
Timing Schedule is as under:-

Summer Season

From 8:30 AM TO 1:00 PM
On Friday : From 8:30 AM TO 11:00 PM

Winter Season

From 9:00 AM TO 1:00 PM
On Friday : From 9:00 AM TO 11:00 PM

After filling Duplicate DMC Request Form, you may check Online Status from Online Application Tracking.
